Philosophy:
To give voice to the unsaid; to alter the mind, manipulate the imagination, and inspire through the simple art of exposition.

Experience.

"Christina Lauren has a jeweler's eye for detail and writes with a passion that cannot be taught. It was my great pleasure to work with her and see her talents grow as she assisted me in editing transcripts of the 2018 World Economic Forum. I have read quite a bit of her writing and it speaks to the heart. She is a rare talent in her ability to feel the plight of a homeless man struggling to survive or the waitress working two jobs to support her family. I would say think another Anne Hull, who just needs more opportunities and experiences. She shines."
-- Richard Pretorius, former copy editor at the Washington Post.
Testimonial.

Born in California, died in NYC, claimed by the world.
I’ve spent the last 15 years moving through Asia, Europe, the U.K., and South America, collecting stories in late-night cities, coastal towns, crowded street markets, and places where history still feels close to the surface. Brazil is home for now, where I teach English by day and write by night.
I’m drawn to creative storytelling, cheap street food, old neighborhoods, long train rides, and the kind of people who look stable on paper but secretly want to disappear somewhere new.
My writing tends to live in the space where cultures overlap, languages blur, and people are constantly becoming different versions of themselves.
For now, I’m finishing a PhD while trying to balance work, writing, and the persistent urge to board another plane. The world feels far too big to stay in one place for long.
